In OUTER, players have the option to form Leagues, which allow multiple groups to join forces and expand the scale of their organization.
In the Group panel, click the "League" button to open the interface.
Players can apply to join an existing league or create a new league.
The number of members a league can hold is determined by the level of the guild in which it is formed, with a maximum capacity of up to 300 members.
